Our servers run mainly on Redhat Linux Server and Windows 2000 Server.

Does SwitchFusion support and offer MS SQL, Access, ASP, and FrontPage ?
Yes. These features are specific to Microsoft Windows 2000 Server and are supported through our Windows 2000 web hosting options.

Does SwitchFusion offer 24x7 technical support ?
Yes. We offer 24x7 email technical support and telephone support is from Monday to Friday 1.00 pm to 5.00 pm. 

Does SwitchFusion offer ready-to-run CGI scripts?
Yes. We offer free counter, free time/date, free form mailer and many more other features also. 

Does SwitchFusion support sub-domain and domain mirroring?
Yes. As long as you plan come with it , if not you can add-on to your plan. 

Does SwitchFusion offer email control panel?
Yes. Our Email Control Panel lets you take full administrative control of your own email accounts. 

What is your data transfer limit?
All our virtual hosting come with Un-meter data transfer. NO hidden charges. Only reseller plan there is a limit to the plan.

Does SwitchFusion provide control panel for web hosting?
Yes. We use the best function and User-friendly control panel for our web hosting. eg. like - Linux Server , we use Cpanel 7 and Windows Server we use Hosting Controller. (These 2 control panel is one of the control panel in the market) 

How long does it take before my hosting account is setup?
Your account can be setup in less than 1 hour upon receiving your payment. Existing customer who previously parked their domain name with SwitchFusion and wish to convert into a full hosting account, your site will be online in minutes! 

How do I switch from my current provider to SwitchFusion?
Simply sign up online and we will do the rest for you. Depending on where and who registered your domain name, you may have to provide us with your domain admin login and password. For more information, call our customer care. 

Can I start small and upgrade my hosting account later?
SwitchFusion web hosting packages are design to let new startups or SME take advantage of our affordable solutions. You can start small and upgrade your account with us when your business grow. 

Do you provide dedicated IP for virtual hosting account?
Yes. We do provide dedicated IP for iCorp and above package only for Free upon requested but it will place on our US Network as we do not provide any dedicated IP for Singapore Base Network. If you request 1 dedicated IP for our Singapore Base Network you must at least sign-up with our iDot and above and there will be additional S$20 per monthly for 1 IP added to your account. Note - IP charges will be charge by annually prepayment.

I just want a simple 1 page web site with 1 or 2 email accounts but your current plans are too expensive for my needs, how?
Simply call our sales representatives and we will be glad to custom-built a package that suit your needs. At SwitchFusion, you need not pay for what you don't need.

Is it true that the setup fee is Free?
Yes. All our reseller plan and virtual hosting come with Free setup and No hidden costs. Only pay for what you needs that all.

Domain Name :

What is a domain name?
A domain name is your unique name on the Internet. It allows your company, organization or family to establish an Internet presence, consisting of your personalized email addresses and your own web site address. 

Is it True, SwitchFusion giving Free domain names?
Yes. SwitchFusion will give Free domain to all virtual hosting customer only. Under .com/.net/.org only and also the registrant name and detail will also under your name, however SwitchFusion reserved the right to change the registrant name.

If I already got a domain then do I till entitled to the Free domain?
No. But SwitchFusion will transfer the domain to our Domain Registrar and additional 1 year will be added to your domain life.

If I do not want to enjoy the Free domain will I be entitled discount rate?
No. As our web hosting rate is really low already but we can replace you with 1 Free subdomain. (eg. like anyname.yourdomain.com)

Will I be able to get back my domain , if I switch to another ISP?
Yes. But there will be a transfer fee of S$44 incurr. to transfer it under your name and the fee will be pay to our domain registrar as this is the fee charge by them and not us.

Does SwitchFusion offer .com.sg domain names?
Yes. SwitchFusion offer .com.sg and .org.sg domain names. Please note registrants for .com.sg domain name required a local business registered in Singapore.

Does SwitchFusion offer the new domain extension .info and .biz?
Yes. SwitchFusion offer the new .info and .biz domain names. Please call our sales representatives at (65) 63964464.

What other domain extension does SwitchFusion offer?
SwitchFusion offers almost all domain names registration as we are one of the accredit reseller for Enom and IP Mirror. Please call our sales representatives at (65) 63964464 for more enquiries.

Does SwitchFusion park my domain name?
Yes. SwitchFusion park your domain name for a low yearly cost. An email account and under construction page will be provided in the package.

How long does it take before my domain name is online?
It will take 1 - 3 days for your domain name to be online.

Do we have the access to the domain manager for free domain?
No. But you can request for a transfer, there will be a fees chargeable by the registrar for transfer and SwitchFusion will not bear the charges.

How do I get a free domain name?
Simply sign up for any web hosting package and pre-paid for 1 years. Your domain name will be free for 1 years.

Billing Information :

What type of payment is accepted?
SwitchFusion accepts Visa, Master and Amex. Personal and company cheque payment are also accepted. You may also pay by money order or cash at our sales office, but you can also arrange with our sales staff for collection of cheque or cash at your premise at No Hidden Costs.

Who should I make the cheque payable to?
For cheque payment , please make payable to " SwitchFusion " .

What are the billing terms like?
SwitchFusion standard billing term is on annually basis , We allow quarterly basic for reseller plan and dedicated server only. If you wish to pay monthly for dedicated server, please call our sales representatives for an arrangement.

Does SwitchFusion offer discount if I paid by annually?
Yes. For reseller plan we will given 20% base on annually fee and dedicated server we will give 10% discount due to high costs incurr. , as for virtual hosting all the price stated on our website is already base on the discount rate already as we don't provide quarterly billing for virtual hosting.

Does SwitchFusion offer Web Design?
No. But we can recommend you a few of our partners which provide web design services.

Is SwitchFusion a reseller of some hosting provider?
No. We are a stand alone hosting provider and also we own our own server and not using other hosting provider server. 

Do you offer Internet Access?
No. Presently SwitchFusion only provide Internet Hosting and Managed Services.
